About the role
The role – Project and Programme Transformation – Financial Services (Senior Manager, Manager, Managing Consultant, Principal Consultant)
London Area
We are programme and transformation delivery experts, looking for Consultants who blend business and technology acumen to deliver measurable outcomes for financial services clients. This blend is central to our consulting model: understanding the business challenge, shaping a practical response and leading delivery through to adoption and benefits realisation. We are looking for transformation delivery experts with no sales targets or business development responsibilities attributable to being successful.
This role suits an experienced consulting or in-house transformation leader who can build trusted relationships with senior clients, bring structure to ambiguity and intervene when delivery needs to recover. Your work may span operating model change, process improvement, technology implementation, regulatory change, M&A and AI-enabled transformation. Insurance expertise is advantageous.

Lead senior stakeholder engagement and executive reporting, challenging constructively and building alignment across business, technology and operational teams.
Oversee implementation, testing, business readiness, cutover and transition into operations, with clear ownership of adoption and benefits realisation.
Coach consultants and multidisciplinary teams, set high delivery standards and provide constructive feedback that builds capability and confidence.
Use AI tooling in your own work and help teams adopt it effectively. Identify practical opportunities to improve delivery quality, productivity and client outcomes.
Strengthen TT’s delivery capability by sharing lessons, improving our methods and reusable assets, and supporting colleagues across engagements.
